Now you don’t think that Warners is trying to cash in on the recent death of Whitney Houston do you? Why that would be in bad taste. And of course the LAST thing that studios think of is money and how to make more of it.

We reported back in December that Warners Home Video was planning to release The Bodyguard with Houston and Kevin Costner for the first time in its correct aspect ratio and on blu-ray DVD in mid April. 

However now the release is being pushed up two weeks to March 27. But actually in a way I completely understand why they did this. Might as well strike while the iron is hot, as they say
